All our products are made to order and therefore follow the current turn around time. The turn around timeframe is always listed on our website header however please note that our pillow collection has a unique timeline of 6-8 weeks.

Yes, we offer rush production with an additional fee. Dependent on project, this additional cost can range from 15%-30% of the total project cost. If rush is requested, please send us a message.

Due to the custom nature of each project, returns are not accepted. If there is any concern regarding the final product, please reach out and we will work with you to make it right!

Absolutely! Bulk orders are considered all orders with 10+ items. Bulk orders do require additional time and materials and therefore will have their own unique turn around time. We will reach out to you to relay turn around time once we understand the full scope of the project.
